- OSNPL was incorporated on April 6, 2009 as a private limited company under Indian companies act, 1956 having his Registered Office at Ahmedabad - Gujarat.
- OSNPL was incorporated with vision of the waterways transportation services. For that purpose, company has made License agreement with Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) on dated: 14th April 2016 in the Maritime India Summit 2016 for allotment of existing port facilities at Victor port.
