At Victor Port one berth will be dedicated exclusively towards coastal movement. These barges will be able to come in during various tide conditions and thus carry out 24 x 7 operations. Moreover, Victor Port is located adjoining to another fast developing Port Pipavav. With increase in the import/export business in the area, the area has attached one more strategic defense importance. This would enhance the Coastal cargo operation in the area. |
